Mr. 205's Ex-Manager Under Fire

A complaint of identity theft and forgery has been filed against the former manager of famed 'Idol' winner Ruben Studdard, according to The Birmingham News.

This seems to happen time after time. Which reminds me of a Cyndi Lauper tune but I won't get into that right now.

It's unfortunate that a lot of performers don't have a sure fire way of protecting themselves from bad or dishonest management.

It's sad but this kind of thing has been going on in the music business world for a long time.

Unfortunately, this is just one of the evils of the music industry.

Regardless, I say Rock on Ruben.

Boy Band Star Now Singing The Blues

Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys was ordered yesterday to complete a three-month alcohol-treatment program for pleading guilty of driving under the influence on March 5, according to andPOP.

You hear about millionaires and well-known entertainers getting popped for drunk driving all the time. It really boggles my mind.

If you have that much fame and fortune you should know better and take a limo when you’re out partying. Call a taxi if you have too.

Maybe Nick will learn from this and realize that when it is all said and done he too is not above the law.

Who am I kidding; it sure ain't Nicky boy.

Ms. Pop Star shuns Mrs. Pop Star

Pop diva Christina Aguilera ditched a song for an upcoming new album when she learned it was written by her longtime pop star nemesis Aurora Lynne, aka Britney Spears, according to FemaleFirst.

To me there is nothing better then some good ole competition. I even like a catfight or two if it doesn't keep me up at night. But this kind of thing is my favorite.

I only wish we could see these two vixens battle it out in a Thai boxing ring.

That would be one heck of a catfight. I wonder which one would have more talent in the ring.

Are you ready to rumble?

Former U2 Stylist Trying To Cash In

For those of us who were not lucky enough to be invited to Roswell for the Foo Fighters private gig, RealNetworks is releasing a 90-minute video of their June 18th Roswell performance via RealGiude, according to Revolut!on.

How cool is this -- not only did the Foo Fighters play in my home state and city, but they jammed where I was born and lived as a little feller.

I had even forgotten the name of the Roswell Air Force Base until now.

For some reason, I feel like I should have been at this gig. Is that why I keep hearing the Twilight Zone theme song in my head?

Well Mr. Foo Has Never Been To Roswell, But I Have

U2 has taken legal action against an ex-stylist who reportedly stole personal items from the band to sell for her own gain and has threatened the band with blackmail, according to Softpedia.

This will be very interesting my dear Watson. She claims items were given to her as gifts yet if I poured syrup on a shoe would you say it was a pancake? Sorry, but I just love that saying.

The thing is maybe the famed items were given as gifts. I will never know.

What I do know is that when someone tries to blackmail others, they don't have no style in my book.

I think about all the concerts I have been to and am thankful no one ever pulled a gun or a knife on someone.

It is time for those companies or individuals who put on concerts to have the proper security in place to prevent guns and knifes getting into a show.

How many lives will it take before someone wakes up and says enough is enough?

Hey, can I have my flask back sir?
