Is It Jimmy Kimmel Live, Or Is It A Broken Wrist?

A water skiing accident has stalled the live debut performance of Velvet Revolver's latest song, which was written and recorded for the Fantastic Four film, according to Sp1at.

Sometimes in the music business, just like in professional sports, one of the starters or band members gets hurt or can't for whatever reason play a gig.

This is the type of situation that really puts to test the amalgamation of a band. We all know you can replace just about anyone in a band, or just let it ride.

It will be interesting to see if this band stays the course or brings in a stand-in.

Raw Stones Have a Spat Or Three

Not even worries from one of the most famed frontman in rock-n-roll could stop the recording of the forthcoming Stones album at Jagger's house in France, according to Billboard.

Recording in tight quarters with three of the four original Stones has to be a trip. Personally, I can't wait to hear the album that Keith Richards calls "raw Stones."

Seeing Richards working with Chuck Berry leads me to believe that he can work with just about anybody.

But I don't know how even Mick can tell what in the world Keith is saying, especially when they get in a spat.

Talk about raw.

50 Cent Got Game

Rapper 50 Cent says he doesn't have a problem with dissed ex G-Unit member Game and plans on just being the best he can be, according to MTV.

In the music business, the quest for fame can so easily go to ones head.

Sounds like that's what happened to rapper Game, who goes by the name that rhymes with fame.

Compared to the fame and fortune of 50 Cent, Game appears to be nothing but a candy rapper who is trying to make it on his own.

It's ok for Game to look out for Number One, but he needs to be careful not to step in Number Two.

Go Ask Mick, When He's Ten Feet Tall

According to recently released secret files, Mick Jagger claimed a few weeks after his house was raided for drugs in 1969 that the head Detective of the local drug squad tried to plant drugs on him, according to BBC News.

We all know that in the music industry you almost always have a story of Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll.

Heck, at the time of the raid he was with Marianne Faithful, a bombshell in her day, he was in a rock and roll band -- so what was missing?

We'll never know, but I have to believe his nose was growing longer as he made his statement to Scotland Yard.

Son Of O'Jays Singer Pleads Guilty To Rap

A scuffle between police and R&B artist Gerald Levert lands the singer two misdemeanor charges, according to The Plain Dealer.

This crooner needs to learn how to use some common sense the next time he gets pulled over, as it's evident that he never learned Chris Rock's rules on how to not get your butt kicked by the police.

Some other recommendations for Gerald and his buddy to adhere to are to stop immediately, be polite, stay in the car with your hands on the wheel, don't drive with no crazy friends and most importantly, keep your mouth shut.

Nuff said.
